Bhumi Bondhu Print Privacy Policy

Bhumi Bondhu Print creates a print-ready PDF from a BanglarBhumi land-record result page after the user explicitly starts the feature.

Information handled by the extension

• Land-record page data: When the user selects Create PDF, the extension reads the visible result page and user-requested detail panels, which may contain plot, khatian, owner, address, map and remarks information. This information is processed locally in the browser to create the PDF.
• License information: The extension sends a random installation identifier, the entered license code during activation, and license-status requests to api.bhumibondhu.in over HTTPS. This is required to activate licenses, enforce expiry and prevent reuse.
• Local storage: The installation identifier and license expiry are stored in Chrome storage. The collected PDF data is kept temporarily in session storage for the print page and is not sent to the license service.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide the extension's single purpose: preparing a print-ready PDF and operating the license system. We do not sell land-record data, use it for advertising, build browsing profiles, or use it for unrelated analytics.

Sharing and third parties

Land-record data is not shared with the developer's license service. License activation metadata is shared with the Bhumi Bondhu license service only as needed to provide and secure the licensed feature. The payment page may load Razorpay; payment information is handled by Razorpay and is not collected by the extension.

Security and retention

License requests use HTTPS. Temporary PDF data remains in Chrome session storage and is normally removed when the session ends. The installation identifier remains in Chrome storage until the extension data is cleared or the extension is removed. License activation metadata may be retained by the license service as needed to enforce expiry, prevent duplicate use and support the service.

Your choices

You can choose not to create a PDF, clear the extension's storage, or uninstall the extension. For license or privacy questions, contact the official Bhumi Bondhu WhatsApp support group.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Bhumi Bondhu Print's use of information is limited to providing and improving its disclosed single purpose. The extension does not sell user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it except when necessary to provide the feature, operate license security, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

Changes

We may update this policy when the extension's data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when a new version is published.
